1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 7i777 and all its users. The term "Platform" refers to 7i777's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. It is each member's responsibility to read this document in full before using the platform. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

To use services on 7i777, each user must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, the right to close all of them is reserved.
• The name, mobile number, date of birth, and ID information used during registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• Opening an account with false information is prohibited, and such accounts may be closed at any time.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person or as a proxy.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7i777 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify a member's identity. The platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until verification is complete. If a member fails to submit the required documents within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age and Eligibility

At the time of registration, the member confirms that they are at least 21 years old and are using this platform voluntarily. Providing false information about age is a serious violation; in such cases the account will be permanently closed and the right to forfeit any funds held is also reserved.

In addition, persons who have voluntarily restricted themselves from participating in online gambling or betting activities (self-exclusion) may not create an account or use services on 7i777.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7i777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept any cryptocurrency.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Verification

7i777 reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal request. The right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation is also reserved if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered on 7i777 are subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The same person may not claim a bonus offer more than once.
• Once a bonus is credited to the account, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified period.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and related winnings being cancelled.
• 7i777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus for any reason, particularly in cases of fraud or misuse of the system.
• 7i777 reserves the right to change bonus terms.

5.3 Other Promotions

Separate terms apply to various promotional offers, including the 7i777 Weekend Festival, 7i777 Cricket Dhamaka, and Slots promotion. The wagering requirements and validity period are clearly stated on each offer's page.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members for betting activities on 7i777.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 7i777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. Payments may be withheld pending additional review in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time. The odds that were active at the moment a bet was confirmed will apply. The right to not accept bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error is reserved.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed beyond its scheduled time, the bets on that event will generally be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. However, separate rules may apply for live betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Conducting activities with the intent to defraud the bonus system.
• Using another person's account or committing identity fraud.
• Any attempt to launder money through the platform.
• Attempting to win through collusion or fraudulent arrangements.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By the Platform

7i777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.2 By the Member

Any member may contact the 7i777 support team to voluntarily close their account. All pending withdrawals and open bets must be settled before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

How a member's personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy is an integral part of these Terms.

7i777 does not sell members' personal information to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with trusted service providers involved in fulfilling legal obligations, preventing fraud, or operating the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

7i777 will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from a member's violation of these Terms. Any financial loss resulting from betting or playing games is the member's own decision and responsibility.

12 Changes to Terms

7i777 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform of any significant changes.
